As President of Guestmark International and co-owner and Vice-President of Ram Printing, Buddy Zaremba is responsible for providing enterprise-wide strategic and organizational direction for the RAM Companies. 36 years of industry experience, a degree in Graphic Arts from the NH Technical College and strong leadership skills provided the foundation for his success. Buddy keeps pace with changing technology and industry trends through professional courses at PINE (Printing Industry of New England). Community activities and philanthropic endeavors include serving on the Board of Directors for the United Way, NH Graphic Arts Association and Board of Regents for Chester College. Buddy resides in Hampstead, NH with his wife and two sons.

Rachel’s position at GuestMark in the Advertising and Product Divisions involves responsibilities that range from specific properties and advertisers, to the corporate level. Rachel enjoys the challenge of a diversified customer base that offers the opportunity to provide great service as well as a unique and quality finished product. Rachel joined Guestmark in the spring of 1999, working with the advertising division in our West Coast office in Sandpoint, Idaho. When not at work, Rachel enjoys sports and family life in Idaho at the base of majestic Schweitzer Mountain, on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille.

Samantha Wood has recently rejoined the GuestMark Team as an Account Executive for independent and corporate accounts. Her marketing experience and background in the hospitality industry enable Samantha to work with a wide variety of accounts - from corporate to high-end boutique properties. Working closely with each hotel to understand their specific needs, Samantha helps to develop unique pieces that reflect the look and feel of each property. She is also involved in building industry awareness of FSC Certification and the importance of ‘going green’ - helping to educate hotels about how they can make their properties more environmentally friendly. In her spare time, Samantha travels as an active member of a car racing team, and in the winter spends weekends snowmobiling.

Production Coordinator, Guestmark InternationalMelissa joined Guestmark International in 2000 and currently manages proofing, production and vendor relations. Exceptional attention to detail and a supernatural amount of patience have been instrumental to her success at RAM. Melissa’s experience with the graphics industry began with studies at Whittier Vocational in 1993 when an interest in photography opened the door to opportunities in graphics and printing. Since 1993, she has worked in all areas of printing from running a press to providing sales support and customer service. A native of northern Massachusetts, Melissa attests that her philosophy on life is to “enjoy every minute of it and laugh often.”
